G & B Collision Center

I cannot say enough great things about G&B Collision. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely top tier. They repaired my car so flawlessly that you would never even know it had been in an accident — it literally looked brand new when I got it back. Not only was their work incredible, but they were also FAST, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way, checked in consistently, and made sure I always knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. That level of communication and customer service is rare these days. The staff was welcoming, the office was spotless (and somehow even smelled amazing 😅), and the entire atmosphere felt organized and professional from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a collision shop that truly handles business from beginning to end with professionalism, honesty, and amazing workmanship, I highly recommend G&B Collision. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

Excellent service, friendly customer service, car repair including painting and installation of a damaged ignition system due to a theft was executed magnificently. Highly recommended. They treat your car like it's their own, with tender loving care. Would not go anywhere else if there was a scratch, fender bender, or anything else. I compliment them on making sure that the technology in the car and the scanning issues were resolved completely. Making the car just like new and fully functional. Kort, relieve my anxiety, and was always available to answer all of my questions with grace and compassion. Excellent!

Excellent customer service! The staff is respectful and professional. I chose this auto-body shop through my Geico insurance and everything was a smooth process. Easy periodic check-ins on car progress from Kurt and the office. If I had to get my car fixed will definitely return ! Lastly, I picked up my car and it looked brand new inside and out. Thank you very much for your service.

G&B Collision Center is the premier auto body repair shop in Brooklyn. If you have vehicle damage they are the ones to see. Kijana Noel, General Manager, and staff are very professional and polite. They are always going to give you an honest estimate and keep you informed of what needs to be done. Their work is exceptional and they stand behind it. You don’t want to have accidents or damage to your car but if you do G&B is the place to go, your ride will be just like new. Special thank you to Kort, Customer Relations and Shakia for being pleasant and understanding. My car looks like it just came off the lot. Love it!

My experience with G&B Collision Center was fantastic. They are very professional and transparent about the repair costs, & expected timeline which I really appreciated. I also loved receiving regular status updates on my car, and the quick turnaround time was impressive. Plus, the courtesy car wash was a nice touch! Thank you, G&B Collision Center! I will bring my car here for all future repairs.
